The goal of Drones4Safety is to develop a drone swarm that collaborates to inspect transport infrastructures by using a cloud-based AI system. Once the fault is detected, the drone reports it to the drone operator via its cloud service system that offers inspection services such as inspection mission control, fault detection reports, and swarm fleet management.
By developing this system, the project will contribute to increase safety and security of the overall civil transport network.
